Job Description

Contract Period: 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2027

Working hours:
  • Mon, Tue & Thu: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Wed: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Inclusive of 1 hour lunch break on Mon to Thu
  • Fri, HBL days, pre-selected days during school holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services: Primary Response and Intervention
  • Act as first point of contact for incidents and behavioural concerns happening during curriculum time.
  • Conduct initial assessment of behavioural incidents through fact-finding and by getting the students involved to write incident reports.
  • Implement immediate de-escalation strategies if needed
  • Determine appropriate response in consultation with SM Committee
