Role Overview
We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support YouTube content production, primarily focused on thumbnail design as the core priority and video editing as a secondary skill.
Scope of Work
Thumbnail Design (Core Focus):
- Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails based on client-provided keywords, messaging direction, and image requirements.
- Provide creative input and suggestions.
- Deliver thumbnails in batches.
Video Editing (Optional):
- Long-form videos: cut raw footage (~45 minutes) to final output (~10 minutes) by removing mistakes and filler, adding B-roll, light animations, and ensuring clean, professional pacing.
- Short-form videos: create engaging, concise clips from long‑form content and optimize for social media consumption.
