Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)
Working days & hours: 5 days (inclusive of both weekends). Weekday (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM). Weekend (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Working location (Current Hiring): Toa Payoh, Tampines.
Willing to relocate to other branches due to work exigencies.
Salary: SGD 2650 – 3500.
Job Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service- Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers.
- Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
- Build relationships with our customers.
- Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly.
- Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly.
