Position: Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)
Working days & hours: 5 days (inclusive of both weekends). Weekday: 12:30PM – 9:30PM. Weekend: 8:30AM – 6:30PM.
Working location (Current Hiring)- Toa Payoh
- Tampines
Willing to relocate to other branches due to work exigencies.
Salary: $2650 - $3500
Job Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service- Explain our courses, education philosophy, and pedagogy to potential customers.
- Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
- Build relationships with our customers.
- Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly.
- Perform and manage sales transactions effectively and promptly.
- Arrange replacement lessons for students, appointments for parents, and teacher management.
