Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)
Working days & hours: 5 days (Inclusive of both weekends)
Weekday (1230PM - 930PM)
Weekend (830AM - 630PM)
Working location (Current Hiring):- Toa Payoh
- Tampines
Willing to relocate to other branches due to work exigencies
Salary: $2650 - $3500
Job Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service- Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers.
- Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers
- Build relationships with our customers
- Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
- Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly
- Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers.
