Overview
The Outbound B2B Advisor is responsible for generating qualified opportunities and driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with business prospects. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating outreach via multiple channels (phone, email, researching socials), understanding business needs, and positioning the company’s solutions to deliver value. This role is critical for expanding the sales pipeline and supporting the overall growth strategy. Teleperformance is a Regulated Financial Company operating largely in the BFSI sector. As such, it is a condition of numerous Service Level Agreements with many of our clients that Employees possess acceptable credit scores and that they have no criminal records throughout their employment tenure with our Company.
