We are looking for an experienced Blinds Factory Manager and Zip Blinds Factory Manager to lead our blinds production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily factory operations and manage production schedules
- Lead the production team to ensure consistent output and quality
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time
- Manage raw material inventory, stock control, and production planning
- Improve workflow efficiency, reduce wastage, and maintain productivity standards
- Coordinate with Sales / Operations teams to align on order timelines and installation requirements
- Ensure compliance with factory safety and operational SOPs
- Experience in blinds production preferred (roller blinds / zebra / outdoor zip / venetian / honeycomb etc.)
