About Us
We are a tire and lubricant distribution company with active telemarketing and field sales teams. We want to centralize our leads and inquiries through Zoho CRM.
Project Goals
- Integrate Viber and Messenger inquiries into Zoho CRM (via n8n workflows)
- Auto-create or update leads/deals when inquiries come in
- Customize CRM modules for telemarketers (track calls, follow-ups, reports)
- Set up access for field agents to view inventory, SKUs, and prices
- Automate SKU search from product descriptions
- Create reports and dashboards for management tracking
