Job Role:
Review, challenge, and approve structured finance proposals across a broad range of products, including Term Loans, Working Capital facilities, Bank Guarantees (BGs), and customized structured financing solutions.
Conduct independent assessment of credit proposals, challenge key assumptions, identify material risks, and ensure robust underwriting standards.
Provide guidance and oversight on complex, high-value, and high-risk transactions, ensuring prudent credit decision-making.
