Job Description
The Zonal Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing credit appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring of real estate financing and developer funding proposals. This role ensures adherence to credit policies, regulatory compliance, and effective risk mitigation while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Credit Appraisal & Underwriting Evaluate and approve credit proposals for developer funding and real estate financing projects. Conduct detailed analysis of borrower financials, project feasibility, cash flow projections, and collateral valuation. Ensure compliance with NBFC credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate credit risks associated with large-ticket real estate projects. Monitor exposure levels and ensure portfolio quality across the zone.
