Job Summary:
The Zonal Head is a senior leadership role responsible for the development and execution of store opening and sales strategies within a designated geographic zone or region. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.
