Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics operations across all branches, hubs, warehouses, and distribution centers within the zone. Ensure achievement of service levels, turnaround times (TAT), delivery performance, and customer commitments. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
