Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Sales Specialists to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through strategic channel engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on deal strategy, opportunity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting.
  • Establish and implement scalable channel sales processes and best practices to improve partner productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to align partner-led sales motions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance to support business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
